Cancellation & Refund Policy
This policy applies to Uchiha-AI subscriptions purchased from Uchiha Itachi LTD unless a signed customer order form states different terms.
Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation of future subscription renewal at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless the applicable order form states otherwise. Customers remain responsible for charges incurred before cancellation takes effect.
Access after cancellation
Unless access is suspended for breach, security risk, or unlawful use, customers may continue using the subscribed service through the end of the paid billing period. Access and customer data may be removed after the subscription ends, subject to contractual and legal retention requirements.
Refunds
Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once the applicable billing period begins, except where required by law or where Uchiha Itachi LTD confirms a duplicate or erroneous charge. Any refund approved under a customer agreement will be processed to the original payment method where reasonably possible.
How to submit a request
Contact Uchiha Itachi LTD with the legal business name, account contact, invoice or order reference, and reason for the request. We may verify the requester's authority before changing or cancelling a business account.
